Test Protocol

 

1. Screening Test based upon UL 1709

2. Test Duration:  30 Minutes

3. Testing Configuration

             Thickness 4mm Composite-2.5cm Core-4mm Composite

4. Flame Impingement Temperature:     1,100⁰C (2,000⁰F)

5. Criteria:  Back Face Temperature cannot exceed 121⁰C (250⁰F)

Results after 35 minutes of testing:

 

1. Starting Front Surface Temperature 21⁰C

2. Finishing Back Surface Temperature-Worst Case:  44⁰C

             Best Case:  <30⁰C

3.    No Burn Through!!
